Call for Abstracts

Advanced Symposium in AD Clinical Trials

It is essential to follow the instructions below when preparing your abstract. Abstracts submitted in an inappropriate format will not be considered for presentation.

No late abstracts will be accepted.

Notification:
Mid-August 2026

Second Call

Submission deadline:
October 15, 2026
11:59 pm Central European Time

Notification:
October 2026

Submission Guidelines

Step 1 · Access your personal depositary space

• If you already have an account, enter your login.
• If you do not have an account yet, click on Create your depositary space.

Step 2 · Create a new abstract

Select New Abstract to begin your submission.

Step 3 · Enter abstract information

Enter your abstract title and select:

• Oral Communication
• Poster Presentation

• Symposium

If your abstract is selected, the Scientific Committee will determine the final presentation format.

Please do not submit the same abstract twice in different categories.

The conference is entirely in-person. No remote presentation is possible.

Step 4 · Add authors

Add the presenting author information:

• Last name
• First name
• Email
• Affiliation (hospital or company name)
• City
• Country

Affiliation number should be 1.

Tick the box Speaker.

Up to 15 co-authors may be added. Prior authorization from co-authors must be obtained.

All communications and acceptance notifications will be sent only to the Presenting Author.

A confirmation email will be automatically sent immediately after submission.

Carefully read the Abstract Guidelines before submitting.

Carefully read the Symposium Guidelines before submitting.

Abstracts can only be submitted electronically through this website.

Abstracts not respecting the guidelines will be rejected.

Step 6 · Preview and save

Preview and save your abstract.

Modifications are possible before final validation.

Step 7 · Submit your abstract

Click on Submission.

Once validated, no further modifications will be possible.
